Another case of mixed up swatches. In this example, the patches on this 05-06 UD The Cup Simon Gagne card appear to be from an Oilers patch and not a Flyers patch. The problem? Gagne never played for the Oilers.

Press Plate mixups....
In the 05-06 UD The Cup set, one of one press plate inserts were placed in packs. However, sometimes the picture didn't match the frames...
The following card says that it's a Colby Armstrong plate from SPx Rookie Update. Colby's a Penguin.
The plate is actually a SPGU rookie card of Stefan Ruzicka of the Flyers:

The Ottawa who?
In this example, there seems to be a lack of spell checking. On this 05-06 SP Game Used Triple Patch card, UD mistakenly called the Ottawa Senators the Semnators:
